下密封组合

下密封组合：下密封组合分为料流调节阀和下密封阀，其结构与上密封组合相同，只是料流调节阀外部驱动方式为伺服电机。料流调节阀的作用是通过调整菱形阀瓣的开度（γ角）来调节向高炉布料的速度和料流量，从而与溜槽的倾角（α角）和旋转(β角)同步配合,达到符合要求的布料方式.

　　料流调节阀和下密封阀均设有位置传感器信号源,料流调节阀检测信号由绝对值编码器检测并反馈.

　　Lower Sealing Combination: The lower sealing combination is made up of burden flow regulating valve and lower sealing valve. It has the same structure with upper sealing combination, except that the exterior drive of burden flow regulating valve is servo motor. The function of burden flow regulating valve is to regulate the speed and burden flow volume of distribution of blast furnace through adjusting the opening of diamond valve petal (γangel), so as to cooperate synchronously with tilting(αangel) and rotation(βangel)of the chute to meet the applicable distributing mode.

　　The signal sources of position senor tare equipped on burden flow regulating valve and lower sealing valve, and the testing signal of burden flow regulating valve is tested and fed back by absolute value coder.
